Come out for free yoga and stick around for an amazing brunch prepared by Catch-a-Fire Pizza. Classes are free, but donations to Project Yoga are gladly welcomed. Help us sustain over 15 classes to at-risk and underserved people in our area.

Join friends at SPY for a Project Yoga Happy Hour, benefitting “One Breath at a Time”. Gina Fennell, our Executive Director is teaching a fun and absolutely free class–as long as you bring a bottle of wine for silent auction basket! (If you are under the age of 21, no worries we ask for a $7 donation, which will also benefit PY) We will be collecting cash donations or wine bottles that week, in case you couldn’t make it but wanted to help.

A new twist on Cincinnati Yoga Day! Free yoga classes are being held at 6 Cincinnati Public libraries on Saturday, October 7th. Project Yoga Board Member Wendy Andersen is leading a class THIS Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 at the Madisonville Branch (4830 Whetsel, near Madison Rd). Cincinnati Yoga Day is part of India Cincinnati Sister City. Mysore, India is our sister city. Known by many as the cultural center of India, Mysore is also home to Ashtanga yoga. Book this!
