For nine years, Project Yoga has been working in our community. Thousands of children and adults have moved on mats with us and come away with a tool kit for moving their bodies and stilling their minds in a healing, mindful way. It really is just one breath at a time.

Customized Curriculum
Project Yoga customizes classes to meet the needs of participants and groups. All teachers are certified yoga instructors skilled at modifying a practice based on who is on the mat. Everyone can participate at the level they’re comfortable. Mindfulness practices (commonly known as meditation) are woven into each class. Why mindfulness? Moving your body helps to still your mind. The opposite is true–when you can quiet your thoughts and distractions, moving your body in a mindful way follows.
