Project Yoga’s mission is to bring the healing and therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness to underserved communities.
Our vision is to empower populations with coping skills that cultivate peace and resiliency to build healthy, safe, and thriving communities.
Project Yoga is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises to people in the Greater Cincinnati region who have never been exposed to these practices, allowing them to experience the emotional and physical well-being that can result. We are pleased to be part of Cincinnati's movement towards a whole-person approach to mental health, wellness, physical strength, and resiliency.
