Project Yoga Program Manager Spotlight: Liz Comstock

Liz Comstock has been a Project Yoga teacher since 2019. She supports the mission by showing up wherever and whenever a teacher is needed! She became a yoga teacher “because I was so saddened and exhausted by the anxiety that children and teens are facing. It has truly reached big proportions. I wanted to do something to help kids (and adults) feel better by learning the tools of yoga. I want them to know that they are strong in their body. I want people to know that they are loved and to love themselves. I want them to love yoga so that they will come back.”
