Introduction to Myofascial Release Workshop - Project Yoga Fundraiser at Mint Yoga Studio
“Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release” describes a way of releasing tightness and discomfort in the myofascial tissues throughout the body. “Myo” means muscles and “Fascial” refers to the thin layer of connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles in body. Through an explorations of gentle movement exercises, led by Bridget Henson, owner of Practice Yoga Cincinnati, this workshop will show you helpful ways to releases tension in your fascial tissues that can improve your quality of life!
