Join us for a two-day SEL (social, emotional learning) based, trauma-informed yoga training at Mint Yoga Studio in Fort Thomas, KY. Includes hands-on training, group work, application of knowledge into practice, a book, and a certificate. Time: June 8, 10 AM-4 PM. and June 9, 10 AM- 4 PM.

Guest Speaker, Heather Calhoun
Heather Calhoun is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, licensed in the State of Ohio.
She has worked in Cincinnati Public Schools for 8 years, serving a range of students from Preschool to high school, public and parochial. During this time, she has collaborated to support all students with academic, social-emotional, and behavioral supports. She has provided professional training to staff and students on various topics, including Trauma Informed Care, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Adverse Childhood Events (ACEs), suicide prevention, and positive classroom management strategies. Currently, Heather serves as the Department of Early Childhood Education’s Trauma/Behavior Psychologist. Heather has earned degrees from Miami University (B.A.) and the University of Cincinnati (EdS).
